The READMEs included in the DL package will tell you how to add the mods to your game and how they are to be handled ingame once installed. So you can easily transfer them into your game. The package contains subfolders (animals, objects, textures, overwriting animal or object scripts, all sorted according to Addons in the appropriate folders).
